Mga Steps in Joining in our FORUM!!!!

1. Read the RULES and REGULATION first.
2. If you want to join the forum, you must fill up this FORM . Before filling this up, you have to read the instruction in "HOW TO FILL UP THE FORM" first.
3. Then if your done doing STEPS 1 & 2, you have to send your application form.
